How it Works

Step 1

Once the company is incorporated (yes we have an automation tool for that!) or for existing entities, your clients simply raise a Task of you, or you raise one of them. Task Manager for both sides to keep track of progress. No emails, no excel spreadsheets.

Step 2

The bots go to work. From suggesting messages to gather accounting documents or further information on bank reconciliations, to routine corporate actions, technology is there to assist your team every step of the way. 

Step 3

Task complete! Upload to the company Timeline any Corporate Action that is completed or file away any Accounting related Task, all sync’d with Xero of course.

Step 4

Give yourself a pat on the back. You’ve just ‘Zaved’ you and your client a load of hassle and your client (by now your best friend) is going to love you for it.
