Zave is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy in the course of providing our services.

This policy sets out the basis on which we collect, store, use, process and disclose information provided by you or collected about you (“your information”) including any “personal data”. By “personal data” we mean data from which an individual can be personally identified and excludes personal data that has been anonymised.

By visiting the Website, using the Application and using the Service, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this policy.

The defined terms in the Terms of Service have the same meaning when used in this Privacy Policy including “you and yours” which means the Subscriber, and where the context permits, an Invited User.

    1. INFORMATION WE MAY REQUEST FROM YOU
      1.1. We may collect and store personal data when you use the Website, the Application or the Service.
      1.2. In the course of providing the Service, we may request personal data from you which you may provide by filling in forms on the Website and the Application or by corresponding with us over phone, email or otherwise. This may include events such as when you create an account and register to use the Service; search for a product; place an order; participate in discussion boards or social media functions provided by the Service, complete a survey, report a problem with the Service; or otherwise use the Service.
      1.3.The information you give us may include such personal data as an individual’s name, address, email address and phone number; government identification information; financial and personal bank account information; personal profile information or other relevant information or correspondence that may personally identify an individual.
    2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY
      2.1. With regard to each of your visits to the Website and the Application we may automatically collect information about you (such as details of your visits, your browser’s name and technical information about your means of connection to the Website and the Application) and the information that you browse or access.
      2.2 The Website and the Application use cookies to distinguish you from other users . This helps us to improve your user experience and to improve the Website and the Application generally.  By continuing to browse the Website and use the Application, you are agreeing to our use of cookies.
      2.3. We use the following cookies:
      a) strictly necessary cookies – enables us to operate the Website and the Application;
      b) analytical performance cookies – allows us to monitor visits to the Website and the Application and how visitors move around the Website and the Application;

      Please be aware that third parties such as advertising networks and analytics sites may use cookies for which we have no control.  These are likely to be analytical/performance cookies or targeting cookies.
    4. USES MADE OF THE INFORMATION
      We may use information held about you in the following ways:

      b) to ensure that content from the Website and the Application are presented in the most effective manner for you and for your devices;

    5. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
      5.1.We may share your information with selected third parties including:
      a) business partners, suppliers, sub-contractors and other third party partners to provide, support or improve the Service (or parts of it) or market our goods and services to you;
      b) advertisers and advertising networks that require the data to select and serve relevant adverts to you and others;
      c)analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of the Website and the Application;
      d)credit reference agencies for the purpose of assessing your credit score where this is a condition of us entering into a contract with you;
      e) potential or actual purchasers of Zave or substantially all of its assets, in which case, personal data held by us about our customers will be one of the transferred assets; and
      f) if required by applicable law.
      5.2. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to not disclose information about identifiable individuals to advertisers or other third parties that are not directly related to the provision of the Service, but we may provide them with aggregate or otherwise anonymised information about our users (for example, we may inform them that 500 men aged under 30 have clicked on an advertisement on any given day).
      5.3. Your relationship with the above third parties and their services is independent of your relationship with the Company.  The third parties may allow you to restrict the information that they collect and it may be in your interest to individually enable or restrict such collections.
      5.4. Our Website uses Google Analytics, a web traffic analysis service provided by Google Inc.  Please refer to www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners to find out more about how Google uses data when you use the Website and how to control the information sent to Google. You can prevent Google’s collection and processing of information about you by using the Google Ad Settings page or downloading and installing their browser plug-in.
    6. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
      6.1. We will process, store and protect your information in accordance with our Security Policy.
      6.2. Your information is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of the Website or the Application, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential and must not share the password with anyone.
      6.3. Your information may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside of the country in which your company is based. It may also be processed by staff operating in other countries who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. By using the Service, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that the personal data transferred outside your country is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy (in particular clause 7.2) and applicable laws.
      6.4. Transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Website or the Application; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

      7.1. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, we agree that we shall, and shall procure that our employees, agents and/or contractors (if any) shall:
      a) use your information solely for the purpose of providing the Service and in accordance with your reasonable written instructions from time to time provided those instructions are consistent with and do not materially change our obligations under the Terms of Service; and
      b) maintain appropriate security, technical and organisational measures to protect such of your personal data in our possession or under our control in order to prevent any unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal and to guard against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, your personal data.
      7.2. When we share your information, it may be transferred to a country or territory other than the one in which your company is based. In such an event, we will take appropriate steps to ensure that the recipient of any personal data transferred is bound by legally enforceable obligations to provide to the data a standard of protection comparable to that under the laws of the country in which your company is based.
      7.3. We only retain personal data for so long as it is necessary to provide the Service to you or for our legal or business requirements. We may archive information, however this will only be for as long as required to fulfil the purpose for which it was retained.

      8.1. By visiting the Website, using the Application, using the Service or sharing information with us, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in this policy.
      8.2. In respect of any personal data about you, you have the right to:
      a) check whether we hold the personal data and access such data;
      b) require us to correct as soon as reasonably practicable any inaccurate personal data;
      c) withdraw your consent to our collection, use and disclosure of the personal data;
      d) ascertain our policies and practices in relation to the personal data and the kind of personal data held by us; and
      e) object to the use of the personal data for marketing purposes (and we shall not use your personal data for marketing purposes after you communicate your objection to us).

Our Website and the Application may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates.  If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies.  Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these websites.
    9. ACCESS TO INFORMATION
      You have the right to access personal data about you. Any access request may be subject to a reasonable fee to meet our costs in providing you with a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
    10. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
      Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on the Website and, where appropriate, notified to you by email. Please check back frequently to see any updates or changes to our privacy statement.
